1. Introduction
IGPT ("we," "us," or "our") operates the IGPT mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using IGPT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Apple Sign-In Information
When you sign in with Apple, we collect:
- Unique Apple User ID (required for accountability)
- Email address (if you choose to share it)
- Full name (if you choose to share it)
2.2 Chat Data
We store:
- Chat sessions and message history (stored locally on your device)
- For Premium users: chat history synced to cloud
- Session timestamps and metadata
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage statistics
- Firebase Analytics data (crashes, performance metrics)
2.4 Subscription & Payment Data
If you subscribe to Premium:
- Subscription status and expiration date
- Purchase history (processed by Apple, not stored by us)
3. Why We Collect This Data
3.1 Legal Accountability
Important: We require authentication because AI conversations must be linked to verified identities. This protects our service and users from:
- Misuse of AI capabilities
- Harmful or illegal content generation
- Abuse and spam
- Fraud and impersonation
3.2 Service Functionality
- Sync your chats across devices (Premium)
- Maintain your subscription status
- Provide ad-free experience for Premium users
4. On-Device Processing
Your AI conversations are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Foundation Models. Your prompts and responses are never sent to external AI servers. This ensures maximum privacy for your conversations.
5. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored as follows:
- Chat history: Locally on your device (default)
- Premium cloud sync: Google Firebase servers (United States)
- User accounts: Google Firebase Firestore
- Retention: Until you delete your account
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google Firebase (cloud hosting for Premium sync)
- Google AdMob (advertising for free users)
- Apple App Store (payment processing)
- When required by law or court order
7. Your Rights
7.1 Access Your Data
Contact us to request a copy of your data.
7.2 Delete Your Account
Go to: Profile → Delete Account
This permanently deletes:
- Your user profile
- All cloud-synced chat history
- Subscription data
- Cannot be undone
7.3 Delete Local Chats
Use the Cloud Options menu to delete all local chat history at any time.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures:
- Secure data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Authentication-required API access
- On-device AI processing (no external servers)
- Data stored on Google Firebase infrastructure

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING IGPT.
By downloading, installing, or using IGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and IGPT. By using IGPT, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You will comply with all applicable laws
2. Account Requirements
2.1 Optional Sign-In
IGPT can be used without signing in. However, signing in with Apple enables:
- Cloud sync: Access your chats across all your devices (Premium)
- Account management: Manage your subscription and preferences
- Data backup: Protect your chat history from device loss
3. User Code of Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Use
You may NOT use IGPT to:
- Generate harmful, illegal, or dangerous content
- Attempt to bypass AI safety measures
- Create content that promotes violence or hate
- Generate spam, scams, or misleading information
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
4. AI-Generated Content
You understand that:
- AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
- IGPT does not guarantee the accuracy of any response
- AI processing occurs on-device via Apple's Foundation Models
5. Premium Subscriptions
Free Tier: Full AI chat access, local storage, ads shown
Premium Tier ($4.99/month): Ad-free experience, cloud sync across devices, priority support, early access to new features
6. Account Deletion and Forfeitures
IMPORTANT: Deleting your account results in immediate and permanent forfeiture of:
- All Premium subscription benefits (no refunds for remaining time)
- All cloud-synced chat history (cannot be recovered)
- All local chat data (if not backed up)
Before deleting: Cancel subscription in App Store settings first.
7. Limitation of Liability
IGPT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, AI RESPONSE ACCURACY, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
8. Apple Intelligence Requirements
IGPT requires:
- iOS 26 or later
- Compatible device with Apple Intelligence support
- Apple Intelligence enabled in device settings
Features may be limited or unavailable on unsupported devices.
