1. Introduction
Welcome to Infinicaster. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Infinicaster mobile application (the "App").
Infinicaster ("we," "us," or "our") operates the App. By using Infinicaster, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
You create an Infinicaster account by signing in with one of the following methods:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
- Email address and password
- Guest (anonymous) sign in
Depending on the method you choose, we may collect:
- A unique user identifier assigned to your account at sign in
- Display name
- Email address (when provided by you or your sign in provider)
2.2 Generation Content
When you create a podcast, we process and store:
- The topic and options you submit (duration, voice, complexity)
- Generated script text for your episode
- Generated audio files and optional word timing for captions
- Episode status, errors, and progress for generation jobs
2.3 Sharing and Library Data
If you share an episode or it appears in the Curated Library, we store public share metadata such as subject, voice, duration, creator display name, and a streaming audio URL. Scripts are not published on share pages.
2.4 Device and Notification Data
- Device push notification tokens (when you allow notifications) so we can tell you when an episode is ready
- App usage patterns needed to operate generation quotas and entitlements
- Structured error reports that help us fix failures (no API keys or full scripts in those reports)
2.5 Subscription and Purchase Data
If you buy Premium or episode credits:
- Entitlement state needed to allow generation (Premium status, monthly allowance used, credit balance)
- App Store transaction identifiers redeemed on our servers after Apple verification
- Payment card details are processed by Apple, not stored by us
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate account sign in and your private library
- Generate scripts and speech for your requested episodes
- Store and stream your audio from cloud storage
- Enforce generation entitlements and refunds when a job fails
- Send optional completion or failure notifications
- Operate sharing and the Curated Library when you choose to share
- Diagnose failures and improve the App
- Communicate with you about your account when needed
4. How We Store Your Data
- Account profile, episode metadata, and entitlements: Google Firebase (United States)
- Audio files: Google Firebase Cloud Storage (United States)
- Authentication: Google Firebase Authentication
- Script and speech generation: processed through our Cloud Functions using Anthropic (Claude) and ElevenLabs under our server keys
- Retention: until you delete the related content or your account, subject to legal retention needs
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to run the App:
- Google Firebase (infrastructure, auth, database, storage, messaging)
- Anthropic and ElevenLabs (to generate scripts and narration for your requests; content you submit is sent for that purpose)
- Apple Sign in with Apple and Google Sign in (authentication identity you authorize)
- Apple App Store (payment processing for Premium and credits)
- When required by law, court order, or legal process
- To protect the safety of our users or the public
Advertising: Infinicaster does not show ads and does not use an advertising SDK.
6. What Other Users See
Private episodes: only you can see and play them.
Shared or curated episodes may show: subject/title, duration, voice, creator display name, and audio playback. Other users do not receive your script text from the share experience.
7. Your Rights
7.1 Access Your Data
Contact us to request a copy of personal data we hold about your account.
7.2 Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in the App under Profile → Delete Account. That removes your Firebase Auth account, private library, listen progress, share documents you own, usage counters, and private audio we store for your account. Curated Library copies and episodes already imported by other users may remain. Cancel any active Apple subscription in Apple ID settings to stop renewal billing. You may also email us to request deletion if you cannot use the in app flow.
8. Data Security
- Secure data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Authentication required for private library and generation
- Per user database and storage security rules
- Vendor API keys held in Cloud Functions secrets, not in the app binary for the production path
9. Children's Privacy
Infinicaster is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Infinicaster.
By downloading, installing, or using Infinicaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Infinicaster. By using the App, you represent that:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your region)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You will comply with all applicable laws
2. The Service
Infinicaster generates podcast style audio episodes from topics you provide. Generation uses automated systems. Output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
3. Account Creation
You create an account with Apple, Google, email and password, or as a guest. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user's account.
4. Entitlements and Purchases
Curated Library: browsing and listening to curated shared episodes is free.
Premium: a monthly auto renewing subscription that includes 2 cloud episode generations per month of any length.
Episode credits: consumable purchases for one Short episode generation each. Medium and Long generations require a Premium monthly allowance slot.
- Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings
- If a generation fails after we charge an entitlement, we refund that charge (credit or allowance) so a failed episode does not consume your purchase
- Credits and Premium have no cash value outside the App
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the App to generate unlawful, harassing, or clearly abusive content
- Attempt to abuse generation quotas, spoof purchases, or bypass entitlements
- Probe, scrape, or overload our systems
- Reverse engineer the App except where allowed by law
- Misrepresent generated content as human recorded without disclosure where that would mislead others
6. Sharing
When you share an episode, you grant us permission to host and serve the audio and public metadata so recipients and, if curated, other users can listen. You represent you have the rights needed to share that content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated episodes for personal listening. Commercial redistribution of the App itself is not allowed. Vendor models and voices remain subject to those vendors' terms.
8. Account Deletion
Delete your account in the App under Profile → Delete Account. That removes access to your private library and cloud profile data we control. Shared or curated copies already obtained by others may remain. Cancel any active Apple subscription in Apple ID settings to stop renewal billing. Email us if you need help completing deletion.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk to users or infrastructure, with or without prior notice when necessary.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
INFINICASTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED SCRIPTS OR AUDIO WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINICASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR RELIANCE ON GENERATED CONTENT.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in the App or by email when appropriate.
